Greetings,

This is the first of a series of periodic newsletters that will be e-mailed
to those on the Proneuron subscribers list.
Until now, we have been in touch to share milestones and important news.
Recognizing that certain items are of more interest to some rather than
others, we have decided to reorganize our information output system. In the
future, rather than individual press releases and bulletins, Proneuron
subscribers will hereon in receive a periodic tailored newsletter,
highlighting the company's progress, advancements and relevant plans of the
coming months.
The last quarter or so was particularly exciting. Highlights of this quarter
are::
*	Proneuron Receives Eagle Star Award
(http://www.proneuron.com/News/NewsFiles/News_36.html)
*	Proneuron Signs Agreement with Cell Dynamics of Atlanta
(http://www.proneuron.com/News/NewsFiles/News_38.html)
*	Phase II study of ProCord now open for Enrollment at the Kessler
Institute for Rehabilitation and the Mount Sinai Medical Center
(http://www.proneuron.com/News/NewsFiles/News_37.html)

The next few months also promise to be busy. Proneuron has been invited to
present abstracts at a series of prestigious conferences and events. For a
full listing, please visit:
(http://www.proneuron.com/news/Upcoming_Events.html).
Finally, Proneuron was featured in articles in the following publications:
*	New Mobility, June 2004 issue
*	The New Scientist, June 12, 2004 issue
*	Detroit Free Press, April 13, 2004 issue
*	Naamat, Spring issue
*	BusinessWeek, March 16, 2004 (on line)
*	TV reports: NPR and local Atlanta stations

In addition, the Proneuron website was recently modified to make it faster
and easier to navigate. We have also introduced some new features. These
include:
"Upcoming Events" (http://www.proneuron.com/news/Upcoming_Events.html) is a
new section listing the conferences and events where Proneuron will be
represented. In some instances, presentation abstracts are provided.
For the students and scientists amongst our you: the entries in the
scientific bibliography list
(http://www.proneuron.com/Technology/Publications.html) are now individually
linked to their abstracts in "PubMed" (the complimentary on-line
bibliographic database run by the U.S. National Library of Medicine).
Should you wish to contact Proneuron, please use one of the addresses noted
